As a self-driven Support Engineer with experience in interfacing directly with customers, providing technical support, and a lover of technology, you will be responsible for: - Acting as a trusted advisor to customers in various engagements - Serving as a subject matter expert for technical issues - Designing, writing, and enhancing tools for users - Training customers on best practice platform usage - Assisting other teams in better servicing clients - Promoting and enhancing self-serve offerings - Contributing to team improvement by identifying gaps - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction The role requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, proficiency with web stack and services, understanding of databases, object oriented programming, troubleshooting skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Nice to have skills include experience with Java, servlets, J2EE, Apache, nginx, Tomcat administration, Oracle PL/SQL, RESTful services in NodeJS, front end technologies, Docker, networking, Linux, and command line environments.
