Customer Success Engineer (Production Support)

As a support engineer in this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be adept at adapting to changing priorities. Your direct interaction with customers via phone and email will involve providing technical support through advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and code fixes. Your problem-solving skills will be essential as you take initiative in designing tools to enhance internal and customer experiences. Your expertise will span across web services, databases, networking, and coding. - Act as a trusted advisor to customers in various engagements - Serve as a subject matter expert for complex technical issues - Provide first call resolution through phone and email - Design, write, and enhance tools for internal and external users - Train customers on best practices - Assist other teams in better servicing clients - Contribute to team improvement by identifying process and technical gaps - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction To be successful in this role, you are required to hold a B.S. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering from a leading University.
