Customer Success Engineer (Production Support)

As a Support Engineer at our company, your role is crucial in providing technical support to customers through advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and code fixes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Acting as a trusted advisor to customers in various engagements - Serving as a subject matter expert for technical issues through phone and email support - Designing, writing, and enhancing tools for users - Training customers on platform best practices - Assisting other teams in better servicing clients - Promoting self-serve offerings for customers - Contributing to team improvement by identifying process and technical gaps - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through surveys and feedback The qualifications required for this role are: - B.S. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering - Comfortable with 24*7*365 support role - Proficiency with web stack and web services applications - Understanding of relational and no-SQL database concepts - Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Nice to have skills include experience with Java, servlets, J2EE framework, Apache, nginx, Tomcat administration, Oracle PL/SQL, RESTful services in NodeJS, front end technologies, Docker containerization, virtualization, basic networking knowledge, Linux, and command line environments.
