Customer Success Associate Trainee Internship

You will be responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure successful product use, retention, and satisfaction. Your role will involve guiding and supporting customers to become strong advocates for our products, as well as assisting them in achieving their goals using our solutions. Additionally, you will proactively identify and resolve common customer issues, advocate for customer needs across various departments, and spot opportunities for up-selling our products. You will also be required to respond to customer queries via email and telephone.
