Key Responsibilities:
Connect with potential customers and advise them on suitable insurance products.Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction.Adhere to company policies and industry standards.Document interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-ups.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: Graduate or Post graduate from any field.Experience:Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.Preference: Candidates with prior insurance experience or a strong sales acumen.Languages: Proficiency in English & Hindi.Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; Salary: (6 months - 3 years of Experience) Up to 4 LPA(based on last drawn salary)Shift & Working Days:Shift: Rotational shifts (Day shift for females until 8 PM; Rotational for males).Work Schedule: 6 days of working.
