Customer Success and Support Agent

As a Customer Support and Technical Support Representative at Autodata Training, your role is crucial in delivering exemplary customer service and technical assistance to our users and clients. Your responsibilities include: - Providing exemplary customer service through various communication channels. - Performing administrative customer functions for Autodata Training products. - Handling entry-level customer billing functions. - Offering technical support for Autodata Training products. - Monitoring digital communications and online platforms. - Responding to emails and social media inquiries promptly and professionally. In addition to customer and technical support, you will also be responsible for Customer Success & Account Management. This involves: - Managing relationships between Autodata Training and customers. - Ensuring customer requirements are met. - Updating and maintaining leads and sales opportunities in the CRM. - Providing customer success and account management support. Your success in this role will depend on your core skills, which include: - Empathetic customer-first orientation. - Attention to detail for administrative functions. - High-level task management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong self-motivation and initiative for remote work. To excel in this position, you should have: - Minimum 3+ to 5 years of customer service experience. - Minimum 3+ years of remote work success. - Experience in handling requests in multiple languages. - Minimum 3+ years of Absorb LMS administration experience. - Minimum 3+ years of Agile CRM operating experience. Preferred qualifications that would be valuable include experience in the automotive industry. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager at Autodata Training.,
