Customer Specialist

mPokket is a mobile-app based lending platform that provides instant and paperless loans. We currently provide micro loans to college students in India. Our technology architecture and processes allow us to seamlessly onboard users, assess risk, disburse and collect funds without any physical interface with our customers.

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated young individuals with good communication skills(Hindi and English) to join our team as 'DIGITAL CUSTOMER SPECIALISTS' (DCS's).

"DCS's" are required to :

· Manage our users by answering product and service related questions to ensure excellent service standards

· Maintain high user satisfaction. DCS will be the voice of mPokket interacting with our users, to solve product and service issues.

Based on the skills required to manage the above role and responsibility, the 'selected' candidate/s will be onboarded as per our internal processes. Using our technology interface, DCS's will be responsible to onboard users, assess risk, disburse and collect funds.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

· Education Required - 12th pass or Graduate

· Candidates pursuing full-time courses are not eligible

· 0-3 years of prior work-experience in the field or in a related area

· Should be 'Fluent' in English and/or Hindi.

· Office Timing: 8 AM to 9 PM ( Any 9 hrs Office window)

· Flexible / Comfortable to work-in 'Rotational Shifts' (9-hour 'shift' pattern)

· Prior work-experience in a BPO / Contact Center (Voice Process - Outbound and Inbound 'preferred')

· Freshers are welcome with good communication skill in English & Hindi with Basic knowledge Microsoft Office

· Job Location: Saltlake Sec-V, Kolkata

· Selected candidates should stay/relocate (preferably) within 30 Kms. from the office (Salt Lake, Sec. V)

CTC Range : INR 14,000 per month to INR 18,000 per month (Inclusive of PF and ESI benefits)

Note - 1. Communication skills should be good in English. Able to read English and can translate the same in Hindi.

2. Candidates should stay <31 kilometer from our Saltlake sector 5 office. Or Have to relocate.

3. Candidates have to do 12-9 Shifts, Preference for shift or Week off not considerable.

4. Kindly explain to the candidates about the job profile. Some are candidates not ready to go for voice process or take calls.

5. Only Distance education we can give go ahead. No regular education we cannot consider.

6. Within 0-90 Days after joining we can't consider any Leave without Week Off. If any emergency for leave it is subject to approval by the organization.
