We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be the primary point of contact for customers using the Bullit.in platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, a strong grasp of product knowledge, and the ability to resolve customer queries efficiently and empathetically. The candidate should also be capable of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensuring that every customer interaction is handled as per defined support processes.
