Job Description: As an intern, you will play a critical role in helping clients succeed on the platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Client onboarding: Understanding the operational workflows of new clients and mapping them into digital processes on the platform - Goal planning: Understanding clients" key objectives and assisting in creating actionable plans to achieve those goals - Adoption support: Ensuring smooth platform adoption by educating client teams, resolving queries, and supporting users in the early stages - Platform management: Assisting clients in managing administrative tasks such as adding sites, applications, and users - Feature education: Introducing clients to advanced or new platform features and guiding them in effective usage - Best practices sharing: Bringing insights from other client engagements to inspire better usage and outcomes - Stakeholder interaction: Engaging directly with senior business users and joining client calls to provide support and learn through real-time interaction - Cross-functional exposure: Contributing across product, customer success, and operations while working closely with co-founders and the core team. Qualifications required: - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Curiosity to understand how different businesses operate - Willingness to learn a digital platform inside out - Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on attitude - No prior experience needed, but a background or interest in operations, business, or tech is a plus.
