As an intern, you will play a critical role in helping clients succeed on our platform. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Client onboarding: Understand the operational workflows of new clients and help map them into digital processes on our platform Goal planning: Understand the client’s key objectives from using the platform and assist in creating an actionable plan to achieve those goals Adoption support: Ensure smooth platform adoption by educating client teams, resolving queries, and supporting users in the early stages Platform management: Help clients manage administrative tasks like adding sites, applications, and users Feature education: Continuously introduce clients to advanced or new features of the platform and guide them in using them effectively Best practices sharing: Bring insights from other client engagements to inspire better usage and outcomes Stakeholder interaction: Engage directly with senior business users such as Heads of Operations or Supply Chain, and regularly join client calls to provide support and learn through real-time interaction Cross-functional exposure: Work closely with our co-founders and core team, contributing across product, customer success, and operations Who We’re Looking For Strong communication and problem-solving skills Curiosity to understand how different businesses operate Willingness to learn a digital platform inside out Comfort with ambiguity and a hands-on attitude No prior experience needed, but a background or interest in operations, business, or tech is a plus Our Culture We’re a small, collaborative team that believes good ideas can come from anywhere.
