We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Service/BPO/Telesales Executive to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making sales calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for individuals with 0-4 years of experience who are looking to grow their careers in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide solutions to their issues. Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote services/products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner and escalate when necessary. Follow up on leads and conduct sales pitches over the phone. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction. Skills and Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices. Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. Adaptability to learn new products and services quickly.
