As a Customer Service Threading Controller at Halfen Moment, a product brand of Leviat, your primary role will be to ensure overall customer satisfaction by working closely with the Sales Team to address customer needs and concerns promptly and effectively. Your goal will be to transform dissatisfied customers into loyal repeat clients by building strong relationships and rapport with them.
