Customer Service Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Tele Caller Manager who can lead our entire tele sales and operation sections. The manager will be responsible for overseeing region wise tele calling teams located in various states and He / She will operate the teams from our plant i.e. from Baidyabati.

Key Responsibilities:

• I. Handle & supervise the entire tele calling department.
• II. Able to take the direct control to manage regional team - West Bengal, Bihar & Jharkhand, Assam, Digital Marketing, Service.
• He/ She should have the potential to achieve the targets & calling goals that sets by the company for all regions.
• Maintain accurate records & able to generate weekly or monthly MIS report with accuracy.
• Should have the power to monitor employees performance & evaluate the feedback by neutral decision.
• Able to conduct training & improve the calling qualities as per requirement.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing & service team for lead and follow-up for the same at end of the day.
• Have the potentiality to resolve the escalated issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in the relevant domain.
• Strong knowledge & skills with capability to handle team & management requirement.
• Should have the strong communication Skills in Bengali, English, Hindi, Assames and able to give the best solution in difficult scenario.
• Able to manage work load and have the control on multitasking.
• Good understanding & knowledge on MIS & advance computer (V-lookup, pivot, table & chart, pie Graph & bar graph)
