Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Staff located in Kerala, India. The Customer Service Staff will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and providing timely resolutions to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Tasks include handling phone and email communications, assisting customers with product-related queries, resolving issues, and working closely with the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and skills in providing an excellent Customer Experience
  • Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an on-site team
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and local languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is advantageous
