Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist, based in Delhi, India. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day customer support tasks, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves handling phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to provide an excellent customer experience and maintain positive relationships with our clients.
