Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints through calls, emails, and messages.
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and service quality.
  • Support business development initiatives through customer engagement.
