As a Customer Service Specialist at Dow, you will play a crucial role as the interface between our valued customers and our business value chain partners. You will be responsible for entering customer orders in end-to-end work processes and systems, maintaining foundational customers" thorough knowledge of the business's products, applications, and service offerings. Additionally, you will manage operational needs and collaborate closely with various functional partners such as the Commercial Team, Quality Team, Supply chain, and Customer Service to meet process and functional objectives. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to use initiative, thrive on responsibility, work effectively in small teams, and be willing to continuously develop knowledge and skills. Responsibilities include executing the order entry process, managing order fulfillment for designated businesses and customers, maintaining in-depth knowledge of products and services, strengthening customer intimacy, coordinating activities at customer accounts, proactively addressing issues, and implementing solutions. Moreover, you will differentiate between customer requirements and the company's capabilities, choosing the most cost-effective solutions. Qualifications required for this role include a bachelor's degree and 3 to 6 years of working experience in similar roles. Desired skills include problem-solving, communication skills, customer service acumen, and business process understanding.
