• Solve order, delivery, and fragrance dilemmas with ninja-level calmness.
• Be the bridge between our fragrance lab and our fragrance lovers.
• Collect feedback like Pokémon — gotta catch ’em all.
• Occasionally explain that “Aghori” is not a person, it’s a fragrance.

• Communication skills sharper than a barber’s blade (English + Hindi).
• Empathy strong enough to handle “urgent” DMs.
• Problem-solving attitude (panic is not a strategy).
• Experience in customer support is nice, but being unshakably patient is nicer.
• Ability to survive in a start-up where “yesterday” is always the deadline.
