Job Description

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You should be a graduate in any discipline, with the ability to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms. Your main tasks will include ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding their needs proactively, and cross-selling multiple products as required. In this position, you will also be required to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identity with potential customers. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and create robust distribution channels. One of your key responsibilities will be to ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations. If you are a proactive and goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of the organization.,
