Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Madurai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background in sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibility

Achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

Identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms.

Ensure high customer satisfaction levels by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products.

Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in the TCFSL brand.

Build strong client relationships both internally and externally, and develop a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Ensure vendor empanelment and develop relationships with new vendors.

Job

Graduate in any discipline with a strong academic record.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in housing or financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.

Familiarity with audit and RBI regulations, with a commitment to compliance and quality standards.
