As a Graduate in any discipline, your main responsibility will be achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments as per the organization norms. Your focus will be on ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement and maintaining a high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. In this role, you will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally will be crucial, along with establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers. You will also be responsible for ensuring vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and building strong distribution channels. It will be essential for you to ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.
