As a professional in our organization, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your role will involve identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms. It will be crucial for you to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. In this position, you will also be tasked with increasing the number of logins and disbursements, executing sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in our brand, and building strong client relationships both internally and externally. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing vendor relationships, empanelling new vendors, and establishing robust distribution channels. One of your primary responsibilities will be to ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations.
