As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your primary tasks will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments based on organizational norms, ensuring the number of logins along with disbursement, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships internally and externally, and establish a strong brand identification with potential customers. Additionally, you will play a key role in vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, creating strong distribution channels, and ensuring compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations.
