Job Description

As a candidate, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your role will involve identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms. It will be your duty to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships internally and externally. Building a strong brand identification with potential customers and ensuring vendor empanelment, as well as developing relationships with new vendors, are also crucial aspects of the role. Moreover, you will need to develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the organization's standards and reputation. This position requires a graduate in any discipline who is proactive, customer-focused, and capable of meeting business targets effectively.,
