You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments based on organization norms. It will be essential to ensure a high number of logins along with disbursement while also focusing on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products will be crucial to achieving this. Your role will involve executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships, both internally and externally, as well as establishing a strong brand identity with potential customers will be key aspects of the job. You will also be responsible for vendor empanelment, developing relationships with new vendors, and building strong distribution channels. Ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations will be a critical part of your responsibilities in this role.,
