As a professional in this role, your primary responsibility will be to achieve business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your focus will be on increasing the number of logins and disbursements, while also ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding their needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. Additionally, you will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand, build strong client relationships internally and externally, and establish a solid brand identity with potential customers. Vendor empanelment and relationship development with new vendors will also be crucial aspects of your role, along with the establishment of robust distribution channels. Moreover, it will be imperative for you to ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations, demonstrating a commitment to upholding the highest standards of governance and regulatory adherence.
