You will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. As a Graduate in any discipline, you will need to identify target areas for prospective business and pre-screen customer segments according to organizational norms. Your key tasks will include ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursements, as well as maintaining a high customer satisfaction level by understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as per requirements. In this role, you will be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand. Building strong client relationships both internally and externally will be crucial, along with establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers. Vendor empanelment and developing relationships with new vendors will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will need to develop strong distribution channels and ensure compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.,
