As a Business Development Executive at our organization, your role will involve achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. You will be responsible for identifying target areas for prospective business and pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the number of logins along with disbursements - Proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products to enhance customer satisfaction - Executing sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand - Building strong client relationships internally and externally - Establishing a strong brand identification with potential customers - Empanelling vendors and developing relationships with new vendors - Developing robust distribution channels - Ensuring compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations As a Business Development Executive, you are required to be a graduate in any discipline.
