As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your primary duties will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organizational norms, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be expected to proactively understand customer needs and cross-sell multiple products to meet their requirements. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in increasing the number of logins and disbursements, executing sales promotion activities to enhance customer interest in the TCFSL brand, and building strong client relationships both internally and externally. Developing a strong brand identification with potential customers and ensuring vendor empanelment are also key aspects of this position. Moreover, you will be required to develop robust distribution channels, maintain compliance with all Audit and RBI regulations, and foster relationships with new vendors.
