As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for achieving business targets by acquiring new client relationships and maintaining them. Your main tasks will include identifying target areas for prospective business, pre-screening customer segments according to organization norms, and ensuring the number of log-ins along with disbursement. One of the key aspects of this position is to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by proactively understanding customer needs and cross-selling multiple products as required. You will also be expected to execute sales promotion activities to generate customer interest in the TCFSL brand and build strong client relationships both internally and externally to establish a strong brand identification with potential customers. Additionally, you will need to ensure vendor empanelment, develop relationships with new vendors, and build strong distribution channels. A crucial aspect of this role will be to ensure compliance with all Audit/RBI regulations to maintain the integrity of the business operations.,
