Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Associate located in Raniganj. The Customer Service Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks will include managing sales transactions, maintaining product knowledge, assisting with inventory management, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Sales experience, knowledge of sales techniques, and ability to meet targets
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and product knowledge
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
• Proficiency in using customer service and sales management software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in related fields is a plus
• Previous experience in the food & beverages industry is advantageous
