Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Sales Associate located in Trivandrum. The Customer Service Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our range of insurance products. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the insurance journey.
