Customer Service Representative

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (CSE) – UK Shift

Location: Zouma

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (5 Days)
• Two Alternate Saturdays
• UK Shift Timings

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for UK clients.
• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates and follow-ups.
• Meet performance targets related to quality, productivity, and response times.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service / international voice process is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (UK time zone).
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is desirable.
