Job Title: Community Success Associate
Location: Onsite, Mumbai (Vikhroli West)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer and advisor queries via chat, email, and calls in real-time, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.
  • Real-Time Problem Solving: Troubleshoot issues quickly, collaborate with internal teams for escalations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Effective Communication: Build trust with clear, empathetic written and spoken English while collecting feedback to improve platform processes.
  • Process Improvement: Document common queries, streamline solutions, and suggest strategies to enhance customer and advisor engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with quick, logical thinking under pressure.
  • Empathy and patience to understand and address customer and advisor concerns thoughtfully.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and accurately.
