We are looking for Customer Support Executives with excellent English communication skills to join our voice support team in Vadodara. This is a great opportunity for freshers and experienced individuals who are customer-focused and eager to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with customers
• Resolve queries effectively and professionally
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions
• Meet daily service quality and productivity standards

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Strong spoken English is mandatory
• Freshers with good communication are welcome
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work from office in Vadodara

Job Details:

• Work Mode: On-site (Vadodara)
• Shift: Fixed day shift
• Working Days: 6 days/week with 1 rotational off
• Incentives: Performance-based bonus
