Job Description As an Appointment Scheduler - US Healthcare Process at Macro Outsourcing, your role will involve answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to patients in the USA. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and providing exceptional customer support in both English and Spanish.
