Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Ahmedabad. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer queries, resolving issues, maintaining records of customer interactions, and liaising with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
