Role & responsibilities

• Fix Problems

  Listen to customer complaints or issues and do your best to solve them quickly and politely.

• Take Orders or Make Changes

  Help customers place orders, cancel them, or make changes to their accounts or services.

• Keep Records

  Write down what happened during a call or chat so theres a record for next time.

• Follow Up

  Check back with customers to make sure their issue was fixed and theyre happy.

• Learn About the Company

  Stay updated on the companys products, services, and rules so you can help customers better.

• Work with Others

  Talk to other teams if you need help solving a customers problem.

• Reach Goals

  Try to meet work goals like answering calls quickly or making customers happy.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any stream

• Ability to handle pressure and work with targets
  
• Customer-friendly and professional behavior

Interview Venue

Transcom: Office No 1501, 1508 15th Floor, Nyati Enthral Sr.no. 12/1A, Mundhwa-Kharadi Bypass, Kharadi South Main Road, Kharadi

Interview Timing : 10 am to 4 pm

Shift: Male 9 am to 9 pm any 9 hours.

Female: 9 am to 8 pm any 9 hours

6 days working 1 rotational week off
