Job Description

We are Hiring Customer support Representatives, who can handle customer queries and can manage data.

Role & Responsibilities :-

Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Escalate complex queries or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints accurately in the CRM system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
