Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent Spoken English with Neutral Accent: Good listening and articulation skills.
• Min. 25-30 WPM with accuracy.
• Familiarity with CRM/ Voice call tools preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
