Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure smooth operations. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Qualifications: Any Graduate Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures (a plus). Proficiency in using computers.
