Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives to join our growing team. The role requires handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets
• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduation (any stream) preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets)
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience:

• Freshers – can apply
• Experienced candidates in customer service/telecalling will be preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 (in-hand)
