Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and proactively upsell relevant services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a problem-solving approach.
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales (preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Persuasive and confident in upselling products/services.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to remain professional under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
