Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at our company, you will play a crucial role in providing satisfactory customer service and Level-1 troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their concerns, ensuring their confidential information is protected, and communicating effectively with customers using various software. You should have a go-getter attitude and be open to continuous coaching and performance planning.
