Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat queues to assist clients and applicants.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve complaints or requests promptly.
  • Process customer requests with accuracy and efficiency, following provided instructions and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain detailed records of all interactions and actions in the CRM system.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide training and guidance on proprietary systems when required.
  • Analyze and interpret information using problem-solving and reasoning skills to determine the best solution.
  • Contribute to team goals and maintain service excellence.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory: Minimum 0- 6 months of experience in international BPO voice-based customer service.
  • Strong client-facing experience and ability to handle complex queries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
