Responsibilities and Duties
Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and remote desktop in a timely fashionDocument all inquires, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasksEscalate inquires and requests as necessary to the appropriate department or person following outlined guidelinesDisplay a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customersPerform research to answer customer inquiries and requestsGrow existing customer accounts through exceptional customer service and effective sales techniquesMeet quantitative performance metrics as outlinedKeep customer accounts current by updating databases during calls
Required Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in a high volume roleDemonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficientlyBasic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
