Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: You will be part of a leading BPO company for a Non-Voice Process where your main responsibilities will include sales discussions, lead generation, approaching targeted customers for hardware & industrial items, and providing information about available products for sale. You will also be handling queries, data management, and should have basic computer knowledge with MS Office & Excel Sheet. This role offers the flexibility to work from home and is suitable for freshers who are looking to start a career in the BPO/ITES industry. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work in day shifts or night shifts based on the schedule.
