Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Malappuram. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Interaction with customers will occur through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face engagements.

• Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in retail or electronics is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree
