Customer Service Representative

* Handle customer interactions via voice (inbound/outbound calls) and non-voice channels (email, chat, data entry, ticketing systems).

* Resolve issues and respond to customer inquiries within defined service levels.

* Follow process workflows, SOPs, and quality standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.

* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.

* Maintain updated knowledge of client products, services, and procedures.

* Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

* Collaborate with team members and participate in regular feedback sessions and training.

Requirement: Excellent Communication

Fresher and Experience both can apply (Experience in International Voice Process preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
