About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will be the first point of contact for our customers. The role involves handling queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional support across phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, or chat in a polite and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
  • Resolve customer complaints within agreed timelines and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide effective assistance.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
